 Remember, to place a secure order online (via the “shopping cart”) the designated contact will need to use the exhibitor’s unique login and password.  If any exhibitor has misplaced the email from us with her/his login and password, s/he can send an email to customerservice@hargroveinc.com or call 301-306-4627.

 Your specific online ordering login and password are only good for you; they will not work for any exhibitor.  The only “universal” password is to view Hargrove’s price lists: 5015447.

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

Exhibitor registration for the 2008 NRPA Congress and Exposition is now open. Register your staff by September 19, 2008 to receive your badges before the show! Badge requests received after September 19, 2008 will be available at the exhibitor registration area during the published hours. Please visit our website at www.nrpacongress.org for Program Highlights, Education Sessions, Travel & Hotel, and NRPA Exposition information.

Badge Requirements:

All personnel working in exhibitor booths must have an exhibitor badge. Only US and Canadian exhibitor badges will be mailed in advance. All international badges can be picked up onsite at the Baltimore Convention Center.

Booth Personnel:

Commercial Exhibitors

  • Five (5) complimentary Exhibitor Personnel Badges per 100 sq. ft.
  • One (1) Education Delegate Registration Badge per Company.
  • The Exhibitor Badge provides after hours admittance to the Exposition Center.
  • The delegate badge admits exhibit personnel to the educational sessions.
  • Additional exhibitor booth personnel badges can be purchased at the pre-paid cost of $10.00.

College and Universities

  • Three (3) Education Delegate Registration Badges
  • Two (2) Student Badges
  • Each booth will receive one 8' draped table, 2 chairs, electricity and wastebasket.

No additional exhibitor booth personnel badges will be available for purchase for this type of exhibiting organization.

The Exhibitor's Primary Contact will be the only individual authorized to submit names and/or changes for your company. Please register your staff no later than September 19, 2008 to receive your exhibitor badges before the show. Badge requests received after September 19, 2008 will be available at the exhibitor registration area during the published hours.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you must cancel the registration of a booth staff member please fax the cancellation request to +1.980.233.3800. If you have paid and cannot attend, you may substitute individuals by faxing written requests to: +1.980.233.3800.

Tuesday, October 14 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, October 15 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 16 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, October 17 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

2008 Expo Hall Hours

Wednesday, October 15 10:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday, October 16 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday, October 17 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE – Once Exhibitor registration opens onsite, exhibitors are required to pick up their badges to enter the hall. You must come to registration during the hours listed to obtain your badge.

ON-LINE VIRTUAL TRADESHOW

If you have not done so, please remember to update your company’s profile on the Virtual Tradeshow. This is an excellent way to show other attendees and NRPA members what your company offers.

Scroll down and click on your company name. Your password is the Company Number printed in the upper right corner of your invoice. The number begins with T and ends with five numbers (i.e. T00000). Please be aware that the password is case sensitive. If you cannot locate your T-number, please email expo@nrpa.org.

ONCE YOU HAVE LOGGED IN, YOU MUST CHANGE YOUR EXISTING PASSWORD BEFORE YOU CAN PROCEED.

All exhibitors have the Standard package which includes:

The Silver package, price of $250, includes the standard package shown above PLUS:
