In an effort to “Go Green” NRPA will not provide handouts, but we will provide free online access via the Online Digital Library to the presentations/handouts to the registered attendees who purchase the Full, Education, Student and Retired registration packages. The online access to the presentations and handouts will be available 2-4 weeks pre-conference to the attendees and the audio recording of your presentation will be added to the presentations and handouts 2-3 weeks post-conference. If your presentation and additional handouts are not submitted by the deadline your session outline will be posted until it is received.
Speakers wishing to provide printed handouts should bring enough for all session attendees. The estimated attendance (based on room capacity) is provided in the Speaker Agreement.
